The world of communications is to say the least confusing and when running a business to spend your valid time trying to even partially understand it can be daunting. Our business was started 21 years ago and Anglia Telephones installed our first telephone system, we have always found them to be most friendly, helpful and efficient so we entrusted them to advise us and install a brand new system along with C.C.T.V. when we recently moved to larger premises. Simon and the team at Anglia Telephones were invaluable to our move of premises the install was carried out in an extremely professional manner. We did not put our main lines through Anglia Telephones as there was an issue with our main number with BT so we had to keep with them but encountered various problems with BT but with the support and help of Anglia Telephones all went well in the end. After nursing our old Siemens system for the past 20 years we finally needed to upgrade our telephone system. Only being a small office and wanting to keep costs down we approached Anglia Telephones for their advice. Simon has looked after us for many years and kindly paid us a visit and promptly blinded us with science, talking about sip trunks and voice over ip. Not really understanding any of this technology we put our trust in Simon to provide a new state of the art telephone system. We have now been running our whole office for nearly a year with one analogue line and one broadband circuit with our main numbers being provided on sip trunks. In September 2010 we employed Anglia Telephones to upgrade our landline phone system and implement various changes to meet our particular requirements. Anglia Telephones were thorough in gaining an understanding of what we wanted and provided excellent advice on the best way to go about meeting our needs. We were pleased with the service provided during and after the installation of the new system and now have a system that meets all the requirements we initially listed. We first approached Anglia Telephones in the infancy of our business in 2006. Simon, Caroline and the Team at Anglia Telephones were helpful and matched our needs, especially with customer service and pricing which is extremely important when you first set up in business. During the whole process everyone including the engineers were helpful, offered us support and guidance and were always on hand to even help with our telephone bills!
